Getting There!

It took very long to get here. First, we took a small jet that took 45 minutes to get to Chicago. Then, we got on a big plane and we had to be on it for eights hours until we got to London. Last, but not least, we flew another little jet from London to Toulouse, France which took almost two hours. On the big plane that we took to get to Europe there was a screen on the back of each persons seat so you can watch movies, play games, and watch shows.

I am very tired because in France it is 7 hours ahead than it is in Waverly. So if it is 8 o'clock in the morning in France, it is really 1:00 o'clock in the morning Iowa time.

Yesterday at dinner, my family and my Mom's students went to a restaurant called Le Van Gogh. I got to meet my cousins for the first time! they don't speak English very much. They speak French.
